Is parking free?

Yes. Parking at Keystone is free, with space for cars, buses, RVs, large trucks, and trailers. Accessible parking is available near the front and rear of the building (handicapped plate or tag required). See Directions & Parking for maps and lot details.

How long should I plan for my visit?

Most visitors spend about 1–2 hours exploring the museum. With more than 130,000 square feet of exhibits, you can easily stay longer if you want a slower pace — and you can grab breakfast or lunch at The Keystone Grill while you’re here.

Can I take photos inside?

Yes. Personal photography is welcome throughout the museum. Please be respectful of other guests and avoid blocking walkways or exhibits. For commercial photography or film requests, contact us in advance.

Do you offer overnight RV parking?

Yes. Keystone offers on-site truck and RV overnight parking with water, 50 amp electricity, Wi‑Fi, and picnic tables. Call 804.524.0020 to reserve, or see our RV Overnight page for rates and details.

Are service dogs allowed?

Service dogs, as defined by the ADA, may accompany their handlers. Family pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the museum.

Can I make a reservation for The Keystone Grill?

Yes. Reservations are accepted Monday through Thursday. Call 804-525-9220 and let us know your party size.

Do you offer guided tours?

Not at this time. Our museum has been designed to be self-guided. We have many information stands that provide information about the item you are looking at.
